About Diana Rogers

Why I do this

It started with my father.

When I was growing up, my father was building a business of his own. He did it the way a lot of people do — around a full-time job, on nights and weekends, with everything he had. And he was good. Genuinely talented at the work itself.

But the business struggled. He was carrying it mostly alone — making every call himself, with no one beside him who had been there before. Eventually, it didn't make it.

I've thought about that a lot. I wonder how differently it might have gone if he'd had a room of other owners around him — people who'd faced the same decisions, who could have said "here's what I'd do," who would have held him to the plan. Not more hours. Not more hustle. Just not doing it alone.

That wondering is the whole reason I do this work.

What I believe

Talent is rarely the problem. Isolation is.

Most businesses that don't make it don't fail for lack of ability or effort. They fail because the owner is on an island — carrying every decision, with no honest outside perspective and no one holding them to the plan they made in a clearer moment.

That is exactly the gap a peer board fills: a room of owners and leaders from non-competing businesses who've faced what you're facing, who tell you the truth, and who expect you to follow through. It's the support I wish my dad had had. It's what I get to build for other owners and leaders now.

Who I am

I'm an owner too — not a consultant with a theory.

Before TAB, I spent years in the corporate world doing operational excellence and business transformation work — helping organizations cut waste, fix what wasn't working, and turn strategy into systems that actually held up under real conditions.

I also own and run two businesses of my own: this TAB Northwest Arkansas practice, and Scale With Vision, which I founded to help smaller business owners put key foundational systems in to scale their business when they're still at the DIY stage — the work they need but aren't yet big enough to hand to an outside agency, or even to TAB. It's how I help owners make it through those early, make-or-break years, before they have the scale or the budget a larger business can lean on. So when we sit down together, I'm not speaking from a textbook. I know what it is to make payroll, to sit with a hard decision, to build something from nothing.

Here's what a photo won't tell you: I come from a blue-collar family business, not a boardroom. My corporate years gave me the systems and the strategy; my upbringing gave me a gut understanding of what it feels like when a family's livelihood rides on a business making it. However you show up — in a blazer or in work boots — you'll find I speak plainly and meet you where you are.

Today I'm a certified TAB facilitator, and I lead peer advisory boards for owners and leaders across Northwest Arkansas.

If you're building something, let's not do it alone.

Whether you're finding your footing, scaling something established, or building toward the day you pass it on, the goal is the same: a business that gives you the freedom to live the life you want. The first step is a simple, no-pressure conversation about where yours is right now.
